What we collect
When you call, text, email or use our contact form, we keep the details you give us (name, phone, email, address and job details) so we can quote, schedule and service your equipment.
How we use it
Only to run our business with you: quotes, scheduling, invoices, warranty and rebate paperwork, and follow-up about your job. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only when needed for your job: equipment manufacturers and distributors (warranty registration), utility rebate programs you ask us to file, and the payment and software services we use to run the business.
Our internal Google tools
AMW uses a private internal app (“AMW Gmail Agent”) to read and draft email in AMW's own Gmail accounts. It does not access anyone else's Google account. Google user data it reads is used only to run AMW's own business, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train general AI models.
Your choices
Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete your information.
