Most HVAC calls don't go sideways on skill, they go sideways on the truck. A missing part, a tool left at the last job, a “we'll have to order that and come back.” American Mechanical Works was built to kill that problem. Every van leaves our shop on Linneman Street stocked and laid out the same way, so the part your system needs is usually already on board.
We're also one of the few crews in the northwest suburbs that handles both HVAC and electrical. New furnace that needs a dedicated circuit? A mini split that needs a disconnect and a clean condensate run? You get one accountable team, not two contractors pointing fingers at each other.

As a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, we're factory-trained to design and install cold-climate ductless mini split systems that actually hold temperature through a Chicago January, and we register every system so the warranty is real instead of theoretical.
